Who Is Richard Spackman?

Now days I coach people who are struggling to stay motivated to lose weight ( and I also work in London as an article writer for an online business company). I have a passion for health, fitness, motivation and personal development – but in In the past I was over 30 pounds overweight. Despite trying countless diets and programs I struggled to lose that weight for years, and it was only when I started thinking and learning about motivation that I was able to make any lasting change’s – and THAT is why I created this web site.

I truly believe from my own experience and from the experience of countless others I’ve met that loss of motivation is the number one reason why 95% of people fail to lose weight. We all know how to lose weight – we’ve read lots of diet and exercise books and we’ve been told what we should do, it’s STICKING TO IT thats hard.

I’ve seen tons of weight loss web sites on the internet that tell you what diets to go on and so on, but I didn’t see anything out there to help people stay motivated. So I created motivation to lose weight to share what I’ve learned about how to stay motivated to lose weight, and to share motivating tools and tips to help people with their motivation.
